The federated Governing Board of St Cleer and Blisland Primary Schools is well-served by 14 enthusiastic Governors, one of whom is the Executive Headteacher. As well as termly Full Governing Board meetings, the Curriculum Committee and Finance & Buildings Committee meet at least termly; Personnel. Pupil Discipline, Head's Performance Management and Appeals Committees meet as required. Every summer term there is a School Improvement Workshop for staff and Governors.
Governors are volunteers who have the pupils' best interests at heart. They are committed to supporting the schools and staff.
